I was born and raised close enough to Lisboa to appreciate the background noise of cars, yet far enough to know how to milk a cow. My skills and background include all sorts of useful things like being a baker in an artisanal bakery, managing a music newspaper and being involved in student politics. Meanwhile I graduated in psychology and a master in Philosophy of the Mind. It was the bridging of my interests in the mind, art and technology that led me to pursue graduate training at the Systems Neuroscience lab where, today, I study the limits of human behaviour and condition through novel paradigms in the form of interactive artistic work - music, videogames and rhythmic experience.
