Fransisca Tan is an Austrian food experience designer of Indonesian-Chinese descent with a background in cognitive sciences, communication, gastronomy and IT. Her goal is to explore and curate human experiences through the multisensory lens of food. As an artist and in her work as event producer, international project manager and science communicator she aspires towards bringing together people from all strides of life and revealing the value of community and compassion.
