Submission Guidelines

the contentWelcome to Framtidsreceptet  (The Recipe for the Future), a collaborative venture between Polarbrödsgruppen and MTF Labs to reimagine a sustainable future for food. We invite your innovative contributions under the following guidelines:

  • Framtidsreceptet is a collaborative effort, not a competition. There are no winners or prizes, only acknowledgement and the opportunity to see your idea developed and potentially realised to help create a better world.
  • We encourage the submission of original ideas that contribute to sustainable food systems. You can express your idea with as much or as little detail as you like, but it should be clear how the idea addresses issues of food sustainability.
  • Ideas can be submitted by text, via video or audio recording using the services linked on this website.
  • While it is inevitable that many ideas will be very similar, your idea is your own. All intellectual property rights of the submitted ideas remain with that idea’s originator. If it is selected to be built, you will be appropriately credited.
  • If your idea is selected, but you wish to remain anonymous, you may choose to do so.
  • If your idea is selected, you may be contacted regarding the opportunity to join the design team and participate in the prototype development process.
  • Inclusion in the design team is voluntary, with acknowledgement given for your contribution.
  • Any future commercialisation of prototypes requires the permission of the design team, and due credit will be given to the idea’s originator.
  • Contributors of the selected ideas will be credited in project promotions, presentations, and documentation.
  • MTF Labs and Polarbröd may showcase the developed works in their portfolios, crediting the contributors. This may include showcasing a selection of idea submissions (videos, audio, text) on social media, in newsletters, and other marketing materials to highlight the innovation and engagement within the project.
  • All personal data collected during the submission process will be handled with the utmost confidentiality in accordance with GDPR and used solely for the purposes of Framtidsreceptet. You have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data at any time. By submitting your idea, you consent to the processing of your data in accordance with these terms.
  • Participants grant MTF Labs and Polarbrödsgruppen a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the submission for the promotion of the Framtidsreceptet initiative.
  • By submitting your idea, you agree to abide by these guidelines and give consent for your idea and the content of your submission to be used and developed within the Framtidsreceptet Initiative.

Thank you for your interest and contributions to a sustainable food future. We eagerly await your innovative ideas!
